Speaking from the National Sports Stadium where several hundred citizens gathered to heed SADC's call for an end to sanctions on some of Zimbabwe's top officials, including President Emmerson Mnangagwa, Finance Minister Mthuli Ncube said the sanctions have hand an economic impact on Zimbabwe.
