Doug Coltart, representing Veritas, says they have taken to court the state-controlled Herald newspaper and the Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation for biased reporting. Veritas claims that they are denying opposition parties, NGOs and local people space and airtime in favor of the ruling Zanu PF.
