Zimbabwe Hikes Traffic Fines to Boost Revenue
The government of Zimbabwe, which has struggled to pay salaries amid a sinking economy, is drastically increasing fines for road violations such as speeding and reckless driving. The government says the fines will raise revenue and reduce fatalities on the roads. Columbus Mavhunga reports.
