The Zimbabwe Republic Police on Friday arrested political activist Promise Mkwananzi of Tajamuka Sesijikile Campaign while he was addressing journalists following skirmishes between the police and vendors being evicted from Harare city center following a cholera epidemic that has claimed 32 lives.
