Minister Obert Mpofu praised the ruling party's democratic system which voted to expel President Robert Mugabe from the party and reinstate ousted Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa. Mpofu blamed a "wicked cabal" that included Mrs. Mugabe for his expulsion.
