Zimbabweans, including President Robert Mugabe and his wife, Grace, kick-started the voter registration exercise in Harare on Thursday ahead of the 2018 general elections. The Zimbabwe Electoral Commission is conducting the exercise, which utilizes Biometric Voter Registration kits.
