Zimbabwe on Brink of Starvation, Says UN Food Rights Expert
United Nations Special Rapporteur on the Right to Food, Hilal Elver, has warned Zimbabwe that it is on the brink of starvation, with millions facing food insecurity. Elver blamed the government for not taking necessary measures to counter recurrent drought. Columbus Mavhunga reports from Harare.
