US Expert Presses for Continued Sanctions on Zimbabwe Citing Lack of Reform
Testifying before a U.S. Congressional panel Wednesday, Senior Fellow Todd Moss of the Center for Global Development, said U.S. should maintain targeted sanctions on Zimbabwe until it adopts reforms. Moss said across Africa, sanctions remain a practical and symbolic tool of U.S. policy-makers.
