Dozens of young Ethiopians took part in a joint U.S.-Japanese sponsored competition over the weekend (Aug. 17) to develop technology-based solutions that address community challenges. "Solve IT!" is an annual innovation competition started last year by Japan’s ICog Labs and the U.S. Embassy.
