U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said the United States is committed to improving relations with Russia, as he met with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov and President Vladimir Putin in Sochi on Tuesday. The two top disagreed on the issue of foreign election interference, Venezuela and Iran.
