MDC-T secretary general Douglas Mwonzora says the Biometric Voter Registration exercise, officially launched by President Robert Mugabe on Thursday, is full of loopholes, a situation that may lead to lack of transparency in the compilation of a new voters' roll ahead of the 2018 elections.
