Executive Director Ibbo Mandaza of the SAPES Trust in Zimbabwe, says he anticipates a disputed election as in past, due to the lack of transparency around the voter's role and other areas. Dr. Mandaza was a panelist at a discussion organized by the National Endowment for Democracy, on Zimbabwe.
