Former Zimbabwean Deputy Prime Minister, Arthur Mutambara, says the country needs to address ways of conducting general elections if it wants to solve its social, economic and political problems. Mutambara was addressing delegates to a meeting focusing on Zimbabwe organized by South Africa.
