The MDC Alliance said it is dismayed by the recent “cynical statement by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, Sibusiso Moyo that attempted to cast doubt on the abductions, and callously insinuates they were ”stage-managed-theatre”.

In the provisional order, High Court judge Justice Munangati Manongwa said the respondents - Justice Minister Ziyambi Ziyambi, Finance Minister Mthuli Ncube and Speaker of Parliament Jacob Mudenda – have 10 days to respond to this ruling.
