Former cabinet minister and senior Zanu PF official, Rurare Gumbo, described the late former Zimbabwe President Robert Mugabe as a cruel and autocratic leader. The former minister of Economic Development and Agriculture, says he has "no kind words," Mugabe but applauds his commitment to education.
