Zimbabwe’s Minister of State for Manicaland, Dr. Ellan Gwaradzimba, has died, according to the state-controlled Herald newspaper.
The newspaper quoted unidentified government sources as saying the cause of her death is unknown.
The newspaper also reported that 91-year-old nationalist, Morton Malianga, died Friday in Harare. Malianga, who attended the Geneva and Lancaster House talks in the 1970s, was appointed deputy Minister of Economic Planning and Development in 1981. He also served as a senator and member of the board of directors of Zimbabwe Newspapers Group.
