WASHINGTON —
Zimbabwe’s Ambassador to the Democratic Republic of Congo and former Attorney-General, Johannes Tomana, has died.
According to ZimLive, Tomana died after complaining of stomach pain. He started feeling unwell he visited his home in Honde Valley, Manicaland.
Levit Mugejo, Home Affairs secretary, confirmed Tomana’s death saying details will be released soon.
Tomana worked for several years in government before he became Zimbabwe's ambassador to DRC.
Burial arrangements are being arranged by the family.
His family is quoted by the state media as saying he complained of a stomach ailment before he died at his Honde Valley homestead.
