Zimbabwe's Foreign Minister, Retired General Sibusiso Moyo told Studio 7's Tanonoka Whande that his first priority is "economic development and emancipation," of Zimbabweans. He said he will also pursue a robust re-engagement process to reintegrate the country into the international community.
