Zimbabwe National Liberation War Veterans Association general secretary, Victor Matemadanda, was arrested at the Harare Magistrates Court, where his organization’s national spokesperson Douglas Mahiya was being arraigned on charges of insulting or undermining the authority of the President Mugabe.
