Patricia Mudadigwa Reports on Spike in Stroke Cases in Zimbabwe Due to Stress
Doctors in Zimbabwe say high stress levels due to economic and social constraints, have spiked cases of stroke in the country. Official statistics indicate that Zimbabwe recorded 592 cases of stroke in 2009 and two years later the figure had risen to 1,134. Stroke is a non-communicable disease.
