Acting Harare Mayor Chris Mbanga is adamant that he's running the council as mandated, despite facing resistance from Harare Town Clerk James Mushore to stop working. Mayor Bernard Manyenyeni was dismissed last week for allegedly hiring Mushore outside proper procedure.
