Businessman James Goddard has told a parliamentary committee on mines and energy that a Kwekwe businessperson instead of lawmaker Temba Mliswa demanded a $400,000 bribe to allow him to invest in the state-owned Hwange Colliery Company. Kwekwe businessman Shepherd Tundiya allegedly demanded the bribe
