Zimbabwe's Finance Minister Patrick Chinamasa makes a grand entrance to parliament Thursday, to present the 2018 budget. Chinamasa was sacked from the post by former President Robert Mugabe, and given a new portlfolio - Cyber Securtiy, Threat Detection and Mitigation. (Reuters)
