Zimbabwe and EU Mission Sign MOU Paving Way to Observe Election Process

Zimbabwe Foreign Affairs Minister Sibusiso Moyo and European Union Ambassador to Zimbabwe Philippe Van Damme, last week signed a memorandum of understanding for the Election Observation Mission. Both said the MOU helps establish confidence in the July 30th Harmonized Election process.
