Attorney Tendai Biti says food and water are basic rights for human being and as a result Zimbabweans should access it all times. Biti was representing Mfundo Mlilo and Harare lawmaker Rusty Markham who filed a court application pressing the state to provide them during the COVID-19 lockdown.
