Traditional Leaders Demanding Payment for ZEC Voter Registration Letters

MDC-T activist, James Gumbi, says headmen in Mwenzeni and Chivi South communal lands are asking people to pay varying amounts and livestock if they want letters of proof of residence being demanded by the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission currently conducting a voter registration process.
