Why Is Zimbabwe Electoral Commission Rushing to Register Voters

Election Resource Center director Tawanda Chimhini says the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission is rushing to register people in Zimbabwe in preparation for next year's elections without spelling out what people need to do in order to have their names entered into the new voters register.
