Zanu-PF youth leader Kudzai Chipanga appeared on Zimbabwe state TV Wednesday, and apologized for criticizing General Constantine Chiwenga for calling for an end to the purges of war veterans. Chipanga said he had erred and had been ill-advised to read a statement he had not personally written.
