Harare Resident Cries Foul Over Voter Registration

A Harare resident says the Biometric Voter Registration program being conducted by the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission leaves a lot to be desired as some polling stations are missing from the registration kits and people are asked to photocopy registration papers.
