U.S. President Donald Trump railed on Tuesday against House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who has withheld the articles of impeachment from the Senate to pressure Republicans to agree with Democrats on trial rules. Republican leader Mitch McConnell said he may allow witness testimony per Democrats demands.
