U.S. Diplomat Urges Zimbabwe to Walk the Talk On Commitments to Rights, Rule of Law

U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Africa, Matthew Harrington, tells Gibbs Dube of VOA's Zimbabwe Service that the U.S. wants a better relationship with Zimbabwe and is gauging the government's respect for rule of law, human rights for opposition and all citizens.
