Dr. Gerald Gwinji says the death of 21 health workers in a road accident in Tsholotsho, Matabeleland North province, a few days ago was a big blow to families and Zimbabwe. Dr. Gwinji, who is the Health Ministry permanent secretary, speaks at a memorial service of the deceased. (Bathabile Masuku)
