U.S. President Donald Trump surprised U.S. troops stationed in Iraq. The visit, his first one to meet troops abroad, took place on the heels of his controversial move to withdraw troops from Syria and plans for a drawdown in Afghanistan. VOA WH Correspondent Patsy Widakuswara reports.
