Shutdown Detraction to President's Reengagement Efforts: Information Minister

Zimbabwe's Information Minister Monica Mutsvangwa said the current shutdown in Zimbabwe, called for by the Zimbabwe Congress of Trade Unions and other groups takes away from President Mnangagwa's effort to re-engage the international community. Mnangagwa is currently in Russia.
