Nigeria Loses $19 Billion a Year to Delays, Bottlenecks at Ports: Report

Nigeria's Chamber of Commerce says the country is losing $19 billion a year, or five percent of its GDP, to gridlock, bribery and corruption at its ports. The country's vice president says a solution is underway. Truck drivers waiting for weeks to unload their goods aren't so sure.
