Police have declined to sanction a meeting of the Movement for Democratic Change (MDC) led by Nelson Chamisa set for tomorrow in Harare’s Mbare high density suburb. The meeting dubbed ‘Agenda 2020’ was designed to outline the opposition party’s programs for 2020 and beyond.
