The lawyer representing incumbent President Emmerson Mnangagwa at the Constitutional Court hearing, advocate Lewis Uriri, said the opposition MDC Alliance lost because its case was based on "bold allegations," not evidence. The Court declared Mnangagwa the duly elected president.
