Iraqi Forces Begin Offensive to Retake Mosul's Old City

Iraqi military forces have launched an offensive to take the Old City of Mosul, the last area still held by Islamic State. Retaking the Old City is a challenge because of its narrow streets and the local residents who could get hurt in the attacks. VOA's Zlatica Hoke reports.
