France, Germany Calling for Tightening of EU External Borders

The leaders of France and Germany have called for a tightening of European Union external borders to tackle the threat of terrorism, after suspected Islamist militants killed eight people in Paris, Nice and Vienna within a month. Henry Ridgwell reports.
