Finance Minister Acknowledges Zimbabwe's Difficult Environment, But Promises Reform

Presenting Zimbabwe's 2018 national budget, Finance Minister Patrick Chinamasa announced sweeping reforms to revamp the economy. Spotlighting low business and investor confidence, "as key contributors to the poor state of the economy", Chinamasa said they are committed to reform.
