Ellen Masara: Officials in Registrar General's Office Demanding Goats, Chicken from ID Seekers

Some Mutare residents say several officials in the office of the Registrar General in Mutare are demanding kick backs for processing identity cards for those wishing to register to vote in Zimbabwe's voters roll being compiled by the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission.
