Spokesman Nkululeko Sibanda for opposition MDC-T leader Nelson Chamisa spoke from the Constitutional Court before the presidential challenge hearing began. Sibanda says the government's failure to not grant permits to their South African legal team, is denial of appropriate legal representation.
