CCC Chief Whip Prosper Mutseyami on US$40,000 Housing Loans

CCC Chief Whip Prosper Mutseyami says Members of Parliament are living from hand to mouth. They recently received US$40,000 each from the government said to be housing loans. CCC leader Nelson Chamisa is furious over the issue. He says they should not have accepted these loans.
