Lawmakers in Botswana, a country with a high and increasing rate of rape cases, recently set up a committee to address the problem and plan to establish a Sex Offenders Registry. But campaigners like rape survivor Refilwe Mooki say those actions don't go far enough. Mqondisi Dube reports.
