Reduce, reuse, recycle. An entrepreneur in Uganda found a way to do all of those. He refurbishes broken metal bicycles with the highly renewable plant, bamboo. And in doing so, he is now turning a profit and creating jobs. VOA's Arash Arabasadi reports.
