Archbishop of York, Dr. John Sentamu is wearing his dog collar again, 10-years after he cut it into pieces on BBC's Andrew Marr Show, promising never to wear it again until President Robert Mugabe left office. BBC's Marr followed up with the Archbishop, who also had a message for the new president.
