Interview with Dewa Mavhinga, Human Rights Watch On Extension of EU Sanctions

Dewa Mavhinga of the Human Rights Watch says Zimbabwe has yet to prove that it has corrected its human rights practices to justify the EU cancelling the sanctions on President Mugabe, his wife Grace, a defense company and other close associates.
