Zimbabwe Warriors Local Players Head To Seychelles for CAF Nations Match

Members of the Zimbabwean national soccer team who are based in the country headed Wednesday for the Seychelles for a final qualifying match for the Confederation of African Football Africa Nations Championship.

The second leg of the qualifier will be played on June in Harare.

Zimbabwe Football Association Competitions Manager Jonathan Musavengana told VOA Studio 7 reporter Marvellous Mhlanga-Nyahuye that morale has been high in the Warriors training camp ahead of Saturday’s all-important match.

The team will be led by caretaker coach Norman Mapeza and captained by Method Mwanjali.
