Some Zanu PF supporters commend President Robert Mugabe for telling warring factions in his party to stop fighting, saying it’s now time to focus on pertinent issues affecting the country such as the current devastating drought and the country’s ailing economy.

The High Court will next week hear a case of suspended Gweru councilors, who are seeking an order to be reinstated. This comes at a time city residents are angry over the current commission appointed by the Ministry of Local Government, which they say is not delivering the necessary services.

We will give you a closer look at Zanu PF factionalism as the party’s Politburo outlaws the use of social and conventional media in fanning internal fights. Zanu PF spokesman Simon Khaya Moyo says the Politburo also reiterated that President Mugabe is the only center of power in the party.
