Zimbabwe’s civil servants are unsettled over government’s failure to give them bonuses with only 10 days left before Christmas Day. Zimbabweans normally shop various goods during the festive season.

Reports say 14 people have been infected with anthrax in Mzingwane district, Matabeleland South province, where at least 40 cattle are said to have died from the disease.

The Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Authority is proposing tariff increases at a time when most people can hardly pay their current bills.

And parents and guardians have been challenged to have quality time with their children to stop the spread of sexually-transmitted diseases such as HIV.
